We're definitely waffle advocates in this house, but this recipe works just as well for pancakes, too! (In fact, we first used it with
pancakes and only recently upgraded it to waffle status.) If you're short on time, or if you feel more comfortable giving baby something softer and fluffier, pancakes are for you! Just prepare the batter as written, thinning it with a little more non-dairy milk, as needed, and cook it up on a medium griddle in a little avocado oil, flipping when pancakes are brown at the edges and bubbles form on the surface. Yum!
